How do I use it in the car?

Sit in the passenger seat, drape the top curve over the headrest and let the long sides run down beside you. Buckle your seat belt as normal, with the belt right against your body and never over the pillow. Then lean into the side and relax.

Is it safe in the car?

Use it as a passenger only, never while driving. Always wear your seat belt against your body, keep your seat upright while the car is moving, and make sure the pillow doesn't cover an airbag or get in the driver's way.

Will it fit my car?
